Based in Richmond, Virginia, ToMarket was founded in 1994 by marketing executive Donna Ransone. Harry Moore, President
With 30+ years of marketing, advertising and media experience, Harry Moore has made a career of building leading brands. Before joining ToMarket, Harry served as President/CEO at WFofR Media and was responsible for overall client media strategy and execution. Clients included Chattem (Gold Bond, Allegra, Icy Hot and Nasacort), Reckitt Benkiser (Mucinex, French’s), Vision Works, Combe (Just for Men), Glaxo/Smithkline (Breathe Right and Fiber Choice), Therasense (Freestyle Diabetes Monitors), and Airborne. Prior to WFofR, Harry was Director of New Product Development at Brach Confections, where he was responsible for the development of co-brand partnerships with Procter and Gamble, Orville Redenbacher, and Keebler. He has served on the Clemson Alumni Board of Directors, is a member of Rotary International, and is vestry finance chair at St. James’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, VA. He is a member of the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Goochland. Harry is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Clemson University and his MBA from The University of Tennessee.
Donna Ransone, CEO
Donna has been a leader in marketing, public relations and advertising on both the agency and client sides, in industries including healthcare, education, insurance, skincare and packaged goods. In her early career, she worked for Revlon, Almay and Halston Fragrances when it was the number one selling fragrance in America. From there, she joined the The Bloom Agency in Dallas, TX, where she managed the Maybelline account. Donna also managed the HCA account before moving to Richmond, VA, to become vice president, account supervisor at Earle Palmer Brown. In 1994, Donna ventured out on her own to launch ToMarket. Her clients have included Dominion, Glaxo Smithkline, Fiorucci Foods, Mary Washington Health Care, OrthoVirginia, Rutherfoord, Collegiate School and others. Donna is a trustee and past president of The Richmond Ballet. She has also served as chair of The Valentine Museum and is a graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond’s Leadership Quest program. When she was president of the Richmond American Marketing Association, the organization won the “Chapter of the Year” award for overall program and management excellence. She chaired The Sexual Assault Center in Nashville, TN, a leading counseling and advocacy group. Donna is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. in Psychology.
